As the parents of a child diagnosed with Autism, the founders know first-hand the struggles and importance of finding a provider with excellent services.

Our Founder
Denise Johnson, MA, BCBA, LBA is the dedicated owner and Clinical Director of Victory Behavioral Center, where she continues to uplift, impact, and inspire the individuals around her. With 15 years of firsthand experience parenting a child diagnosed with autism and over 5 years of working directly with other children on the spectrum, Denise brings a deep understanding of the unique needs, strengths, and potential of children diagnosed with autism.
Beyond her career, Denise actively contributes to her community as a Board Member of Gulf Coast Down Syndrome Society, Lighthouse Business and Professional Women, and Coast Young Professionals.
Her commitment to philanthropy and excellence is recognized through accolades such as 100 Successful Woman on the Gulf Coast winner, 2024 Shuck Cancer Honoree, Woman of Achievement nominee, Gulf Coast Top 10 under 40 nominee, and 2024 Best Woman-Owned Small Business nominee. Through her multifaceted endeavors, Denise epitomizes resilience, compassion, and leadership.
